Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description A memory leak occurs in the RDMA/hns component during a specific scenario involving concurrent driver removal and driver reset. The bonding resource is released in the hns roce hw v2 exit() function during driver removal and subsequently re-allocated in the hns roce register device() function during driver reset. Because the release timing has already passed, the resource is leaked, which can result in a kernel panic due to a leaked notifier callback.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
