Description An issue exists in the RDMA hns driver where Completion Queues (CQs) allocated by the ib alloc cq() function always include a completion handler. In direct mode, this handler is not expected to be called; however, it is triggered during a driver reset, which leads to a WARN ONCE() warning. The execution flow involves the ib cq completion direct() function and the hns roce cq completion() function within the hns roce hw v2 module.

Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
