Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions TL-WR841N version v14
Description A buffer overflow occurs in the embedded HTTP service when processing multipart/form-data requests. This is caused by insufficient validation of the attacker-controlled boundary parameter, which allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to send a crafted request that overwrites data beyond the bounds of an internal buffer. This may result in the modification or corruption of process memory, potentially leading to undefined application behavior.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
