Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
RegistrationMagic WordPress plugin versions prior to 6.0.9.9
Description
An issue exists where a registration form field value is not properly escaped before being output in an HTML attribute on an administrative page. This allows unauthenticated users to execute Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attacks—a technique where malicious scripts are permanently stored on the target server—against high-privilege users, such as administrators.
Recommendations
Update RegistrationMagic WordPress plugin to version 6.0.9.9 or later.
