Description
A path traversal issue exists where an attacker controlling a network directory server can bypass path validation to execute arbitrary code with root privileges. Path traversal is a flaw that allows an attacker to access files or directories outside the intended folder by using special characters in a file path.
Recommendations
Update macOS Golden Gate to version 27.
Update macOS Sequoia to version 15.8.
Update macOS Tahoe to version 26.7.
