Description
On platforms running Arista EOS with authenticated Bidirectional Forwarding Detection (BFD) sessions configured, a specially crafted packet can cause these sessions to crash or go down. This disruption may lead to undesirable network changes, as various routing protocols rely on BFD session status for monitoring.

At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
