Description
An issue exists in the Runtime Tools component of Oracle WebCenter Portal. An unauthenticated attacker with access to the physical communication segment attached to the hardware where the software executes can compromise the system. A successful attack may result in a complete takeover of the Oracle WebCenter Portal.
