Description A flaw exists in the RDBMS component of the Oracle Database Server. An authenticated attacker with low privileges and network access via Oracle Net can exploit this issue to compromise the RDBMS. Successful exploitation can lead to a complete Denial of Service (DOS) by causing the RDBMS to hang or crash repeatedly. This issue may also significantly impact other integrated products due to a scope change.
