Description An issue exists in the Forms Services, C/S, Charmode component of Oracle Forms. A low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP can compromise the system, provided there is human interaction from a person other than the attacker. Successful exploitation can lead to unauthorized access, creation, deletion, or modification of critical data and all accessible data within Oracle Forms. Additionally, it may result in a partial denial of service (partial DOS) and can significantly impact other products due to a scope change.
