Description A flaw in the Forms Services, C/S, Charmode component allows a high privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. Successful exploitation can lead to unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification of critical data and all accessible data within Oracle Forms. Additionally, an attacker can cause a hang or a frequently repeatable crash, resulting in a complete Denial of Service (DOS), which is a condition where the service becomes unavailable to its intended users.
