Description A flaw in the Change Management component of Oracle Engineering allows a low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. This issue may result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all data accessible by Oracle Engineering. Although the flaw resides within Oracle Engineering, successful exploitation may significantly impact additional products due to a scope change.
