Arista EOS (affected versions not specified)
Description
When specific platforms use a loose Unicast Reverse Path Forwarding (uRPF) configuration, certain traffic may bypass the intended verification drop. This allows traffic that should be discarded based on the defined routes to be processed and forwarded by the device. Unicast Reverse Path Forwarding (uRPF) is a security feature used to mitigate spoofing by verifying if the source address of a packet is reachable via the interface it arrived on.
