Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description An issue exists in the drm/panthor component where the functions panthor init cs iface() and panthor init csg iface() perform bounds checks on firmware control interface offsets using 32-bit arithmetic and the size of host wrapper structures. Because offsets are derived from firmware-provided strides, the arithmetic can wrap before the bounds check occurs. Additionally, the host wrapper size does not correspond to the size of the firmware control interface being mapped.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
