Description An issue exists in the batman-adv module where IP extraction from ARP packets in the SKB (Socket Buffer) can cause an unaligned access fault on hardware that lacks native unaligned read support. This occurs regardless of the ARP packet alignment, affecting either the batadv arp ip src or batadv arp ip dst operations.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
