Description Insufficient authorization enforcement in the CrmCustomerController allows any authenticated back-office user to send unauthorized SMS and email messages to arbitrary customers. This is possible by invoking the endpoints 'POST /admin-api/crm/customer/send-sms' and 'POST /admin-api/crm/customer/send-mail' using the customerIds, templateCode, and templateParams variables.
Recommendations Update to a version newer than 2.1.3. Restrict access to the 'POST /admin-api/crm/customer/send-sms' and 'POST /admin-api/crm/customer/send-mail' endpoints to authorized personnel only.
