Description
An issue exists where the system fails to verify if an authenticated user controls a GitHub App installation before binding it to their organization. An attacker can claim another user's GitHub App installation by replaying state cookies and providing sequential installation identifiers, which allows unauthorized access to the victim's repositories.
Recommendations
Update to version 4.6.0 or later.
