Description
A deadlock occurs in the m68k nfcon component. The
show cons active() function calls the .device() method while holding the console list lock. Because the nfcon device() function subsequently attempts to call console is registered(), which also tries to acquire the console list lock, a circular dependency is created, leading to a system deadlock.Recommendations
