Description
An issue exists in the
mac80211 wifi component where the parsing of Channel Switch Announcement (CSA) erroneously treats channel zero as if no information were present. This causes the system to ignore a CSA from an Access Point advertising a switch to an invalid channel, preventing the necessary disconnection. On Intel devices, this behavior can result in a firmware crash.Recommendations
