Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description An issue exists in the drm/msm/dsi component where the use of the dev pm opp set rate(0) function removes the vote specified in required-opps without actually parking the clock. This results in the clock running without the necessary power backing. The issue is related to the ops->link clk disable() function, where subsequent calls to pm runtime put() are intended to rescind the power vote when safe.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
