Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description
An IO remapping leak occurs in the
mtk clk register pllfhs() function when it fails to register a PLL. While the function attempts to unregister all PLLs and perform cleanup in its error path, it fails to free the IO memory mapped on the fhctl node, unlike the mtk clk unregister pllfhs() function. This discrepancy results in a memory leak.Recommendations
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
