Description An issue exists in the BPF subprograms where a Control Flow Integrity (CFI) mismatch occurs during task work callbacks. While BPF subprograms utilize the bpf callback t ABI, task work invokes the callback using a three-argument function pointer, which triggers kCFI (kernel Control Flow Integrity), a security mechanism designed to prevent unauthorized changes to the execution flow of the kernel.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
