Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description A memory leak occurs in the bcm2835-unicam media driver. The function v4l2 async nf add fwnode remote() allocates an asynchronous subdevice (asc), which is intended to be freed by v4l2 async nf cleanup(). However, the driver fails to call v4l2 async nf cleanup() correctly during error handling or device removal paths, leading to leaked memory.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
