Description An out-of-bounds write issue occurs during Web login processing due to improper validation of the username field length. A remote attacker can submit a specially crafted, overly long input to trigger a buffer overflow, which causes the authentication process to crash and leads to a Denial of Service (DoS) attack.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
