Description
An issue exists where
PluginSettingList, PluginAllSettingList, and PluginSettingDetail use GlobalSettingsPermissions without the IsAuthenticated permission. Because GlobalSettingsPermissions allows safe methods and AuthRequiredMiddleware exempts /api/ paths, unauthenticated users can access metadata and non-protected configuration values. This includes plugin names, setting keys, descriptions, types, and choices via the /api/plugin/settings/ endpoint and per-plugin settings endpoints. Secret values remain masked.Recommendations
