Description
An issue exists in the
iwlwifi driver within the firmware parser. The parser fails to validate the ALIGN(tlv len, 4) calculation against the remaining length of the firmware image before consuming bytes. This can lead to a length underflow when processing malformed Type-Length-Value (TLV) structures, which are data formats used to encapsulate information.Recommendations
