Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description Integration between TLS and sockmap (BPF psock) contains latent bugs that are exploitable. The issue arises because checking for the presence of a User Level Protocol (ULP) prior to installation is difficult without risking a race condition, as sockmap does not hold the socket lock. To mitigate this, the system now rejects the configuration of TLS keys when used in combination with sockmap.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
