Description An issue exists in the thunderbolt component where the tb->root switch is not properly set to NULL when a domain is stopped. This failure to clear the root switch prevents the tb xdp handle request() function from correctly returning an error to the remote host. To ensure proper operation, the uuid must remain active to allow replies until the entire domain is released.

Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
