Description An issue exists in the mediatek vcodec component where the vdec av1 slice setup tile() function copies tile cols + 1 and tile rows + 1 entries from the bitstream tile info into the mi col starts[] and mi row starts[] arrays without properly bounding the copy to the array capacity.

Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
