Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description
A double-unmap issue exists in the AFS (Andrew File System) component. The
afs edit dir remove() function manually unmaps blocks without clearing afs dir iter::block. This can lead to a double-kunmap if the afs dir find block() function is called twice consecutively, which occurs when the block being modified is not the first in the hash chain.Recommendations
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
