Description
An issue exists in the
accel/amdxdna component where the amdxdna cmd chain structure uses a flexible array annotated with counted by(command count). Because this structure is stored in shared AMDXDNA BO SHARE memory, a userspace process can concurrently modify the command count variable. If command count is set to zero, the bounds check generated by counted by may fail, leading to a kernel panic.Recommendations
