Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description
An issue exists in the USB Type-C UCSI component where
ucsi register() creates per-instance debugfs entries, but ucsi unregister() fails to remove them until ucsi destroy() is called. This leads to conflicts when drivers, such as ucsi glink, attempt to unregister and register the same UCSI instance during a remoteproc restart, resulting in attempts to create a debugfs directory that already exists.Recommendations
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
