Description
An authorization bypass allows an authenticated agent to read knowledge base answer content without proper authorization. The issue exists in a GraphQL mutation used to transform knowledge base answer suggestions for insertion into the ticket editor. The system only verifies if the user possesses the
ticket.agent permission but fails to validate authorization for the specific knowledge base answer being accessed.Recommendations
