**Description**
The issue concerns the improper enforcement of the `moodle/user:viewhiddendetails` capability requirement in the `report/outline/index.php` file. This allows remote authenticated users to discover a hidden `lastaccess` value by reading an activity report.
**Recommendations**
For Moodle versions 2.2.x through 2.2.6, update to version 2.2.7 or later.
For Moodle versions 2.3.x through 2.3.3, update to version 2.3.4 or later.
For Moodle versions 2.4.x through 2.4.0, update to version 2.4.1 or later.
