**Description**
An issue exists in the MediaTek vcodec driver where the kernel can crash during the removal of the `mtk-vcodec-dec.ko` module. When the driver is operating in subdev mode, the `dev->pm.dev` parameter becomes NULL within the `mtk vcodec dec remove()` function, leading to a system crash when the module is removed via `rmmod`.
